How to utilize the available California market items and make outstanding meals.

For years I followed Rose Dosti's Culinary SOS article in the LA Times. I however, lived in Tacoma. We moved to southern California four years ago and I internet searched all her archived articles available from the LA Times. I found all her books on Amazon and just had to have them. If I had a way to meet this woman I would have, but as I understand, she sadly passed away. This cookbook contains true California cuisine at it's best and I highly recommend it.
